Application timeline is as follows:
1） You prepare materials and complete online form: 1-3 days
2） We review your materials: 1-3 days (some special applications require repeated checks and may take longer)
3） Consulate conducts online preliminary review of your materials: 3-10 business days
4） Mail materials to us: 1-3 business days (in most cases, you can mail the materials to us when the consulate begins the preliminary review)
5） After we receive the materials, we review, organize, and submit them to the consulate, then wait for the consulate to approve your visa: 6-8 business days
6） Mail to you after completion: 1-3 business days
Total time needed is 2.5-5 weeks. If some applications undergo secondary review by the consulate after submission, it will take longer. If you have already booked a flight to China or need your original passport soon, please contact us to confirm if there is enough time.
