2 China Visa Application Form
# Please find the following instructions for filling out the Chinese visa application form:

# Choose the Chinese Consulate that corresponds to your state of residence. If you are unsure which consulate to choose, feel free to contact us for assistance.
# After starting the application, you will be assigned an application ID. Please keep it in a safe place, as you will need it to access your saved application form later. Additionally, make sure to record your passport number accurately.
# If you receive a notification that your photo does not meet the requirements, please do not worry. Send us the application ID, passport number, and digltal photo, and we will resolve the issue.
# Please fill out all the information thoroughly and accurately, and do not skip any sections, even those that may seem unimportant.
# If you are unsure about any section of the application, please make a note of it and contact us for assistance.
# Once you have completed the form, save and exit without submitting it until we confirm that all information is correct. (Please do not submit the form without our confirmation.)
3 One Photo
# Digital photos only, please send it to our email address.
#Photos must have been taken within the last 6 months.
# Photos must be taken directly facing the camera with a plain background.
# Do not wear hats, glasses, jewelry, or anything that covers the ears.
# If taking the photo at home, stand in front of a white wall and send us the digital file.
4 Original Passport
# Must be valid for at least 12 months beyond the date of application.
# Must have at least 2 blank VISA PAGES available.
5 Proof of address in consular jurisdiction
# Photocopy of the front and back of your US driver’s license or state-issued ID. (Recommended)
# Photocopy of utility bill (water, electric, or gas) (Recommended)
# Landline Phone bill and bank statement is may be accepted.
# Mobile phone bills credit card statements are generally not accepted.
# If the applicant is under 18 years old, please provide a copy of their birth certificate as well as copies of the parents’ passports and driver’s licenses. If the parent is not applying for a Chinese visa at the same time as the child, the Chinese consulate may require a notarized letter of consent from the parent.

7 Business Invitation Letter From China

# Must be issued by a Chinese local government, company, ,or institution.
# The letter must include the items below:
a, The letter must be printed on a company letterhead paper, the letter must be signed by the legal representative, THE LETTER MUST BE STAMPED. (Chinese Company stamp).
b, Personal information of the invitee: Name, Gender,Date of birth, Job title.
c, Purpose of the visit, Date of arrival and leaving,Places to visit, Relationship between the applicant and the inviter, Who will bear the cost of the applicant’s accommodations in China.
d, Information of the inviter: Name of the unit, Phone number, Address, Signature of the inviter.
e, inviter’s Chinese ID photocopy needed( for LA consualte only)
