Please note:

  • If all your documents(Max. 6 passports) are shipped back to one address at one time, you only pay for one shipping fee.

 

Payment Methods

A full payment must be received/cleared before we can start to process your application

  • Money Order/Cashier Check/Certified Check (You may have to zelle or credit card payment some deposit before reviewing youd documents)
  • Business Check (You may have to zelle or credit card payment some deposit before reviewing youd documents)
  • Personal Check (up to $500, if the check bounces, please pay for additional $20 bank penalty) You may have to zelle or credit card payment some deposit before reviewing youd documents
  • Credit card/(Please choose “pay by Credit card” when filling our online order form. We will send you the invoice to pay online. The  transaction is handled by Freshbooks/Paypal/Authorize.Net. We do not keep your credit card information. 3.5% convenience fee will be added)
  • Wire Transfer: $15 convenience fee will be added
  • Others: Zelle/Direct deposit (Please ask us for more details)

You only need to write one check for all the fees.(Consulate fee+Service Fee+Mailling Fee)

Mailing Address

To prevent potential errors or misunderstandings, please scan or photograph all of your documents for a pre-check before sending the actual package. Kindly email your pre-check files to [email protected], and we will review your documents.

Upon completion of the review, we will provide you with our mailing address.

For returning clients, please refrain from mailing the package to our office directly without prior review, as we are currently using a temporary mailing address due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you choose to mail us your package, we kindly ask that you use FedEx, UPS, USPS express mail, or any other trackable shipping method. Please visit the shipping store or station counter to hand in your package and refrain from dropping it into a street mailbox. We highly recommend selecting FedEx as the preferred mailing method.
