1 China Visa Application Form
#  Please read the instructions for filling out the form. This is the most important part of your application.
#  On 1.17, next to the company name,  please write down what type of business the company does.

2 Original Passport
# Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.
# Must have at least 2 blank VISA PAGES available.

3 One Photo
# Passport Style, 2*2 inches.
# Must have been taken within the last 6 months.  (Please DO NOT affix the photo to the application form)
# Must be white background

4, School Admission Letter.
# Must be school officially stamped
# Orginal AND photocopy

5, Original JW201 or JW202 form.
# Original, your school will get this form for you.

7, For X1 applicant, please provide a Record of Physical Exam.

China X1 visa is a Single entry visa. X1 Visa holder must apply for a residence permit at the local public security authorities within 30 days of entry into China.

The Chinese Consulate may ask the applicant to submit additional documents or go to the Consulate for an interview.
