1 China Visa Application Form
#  Please read the instructions for filling out the form. This is the most important part of your application.
#  On 1.17, next to the company name,  please write down what type of business the company does.

2 Original Passport
# Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.
# Must have at least 2 blank VISA PAGES available.

3 One Photo
# Passport Style, 2*2 inches.
# Must have been taken within the last 6 months.  (Please DO NOT affix the photo to the application form)
# Must be white background
# Click here If you prefer to send an digital photo instead of a physical one.

4 Invitation letter AND Identification proof
# The invitation letter can be faxed, emailed in most cases.
# Chinese consulate may ask for original copy in a very special  case.

If the inviter is a Chinese citizen, you need to provide:
a,  An invitation letter. Please use the China Visa invitation letter template.
b, A photocopy of inviter’s Chinese ID (Both sides, must be a Chinese ID, not a Chinese passport).

If the inviter is a Non-Chinese citizen with a Chinese permanent residence permit, you need to provide:
a, An invitation letter. Please use the China Visa invitation letter template.
b, A photocopy of the inviter’s passport. (Photo page and singature page)
c, A photocopy of  China permanent residence permit.

In most cases, the invitation letter can be photocopied, faxed, or scanned and emailed. However, in some cases, the Chinese Consulate may ask the applicant to submit an original copy and/or additional documents or go to the Consulate for an interview.
