Step 1

Please review the list of required documents and prepare your application.

The new online Chinese visa system limits each applicant to one submission every 30 days. During the form-filling process, you will also need to upload certain documents. Please read the material instructions carefully before you begin.

Requirements For Chinese Business Visa Application

# The order form is used to select the services you need, provide your contact and mailing information, and calculate the total cost. Submitting the form will not result in any automatic charges

# After you complete and submit the form, a copy will be sent to your email

# Please print it from your email and send it to us along with the other required materials

2 Take a clear photo or scan of your passport (no glare).
# Make sure the photo page is valid for at least 13 months

# Include two blank pages labeled “visa”

3 Photograph or scan previous Chinese visa records (if applicable)
# If the old visa is in an old passport and the visa has expired, provide a copy of the old passport photo page + a copy of the old visa page

# If the old visa is in an old passport and the visa has not expired, the original old passport must be provided to Chinese consulate (it will be returned)

# If the old visa is in an old passport and the visa has not expired, but the old passport is lost, please contact us first to confirm the latest requirements

4 One digital photo
# Can be taken at home with a mobile phone

# Must be taken within the past 6 months

# Must be a front-facing photo, no hat, no glasses, no jewelry, both ears must be visible

# Must have a solid color background (does not have to be pure white, if the system rejects the upload, we will help you modify it)

# If the applicant has bangs, the system may prompt rejection during upload, but the Chinese consulate will actually accept it

# If the photo is taken at a photo studio, request the original digital file from the studio

5  Travel Proof Or Invitation From China (After January 1, 2024, not required)
# Travel Proof:  Flight Itinerary and Hotel Confirmation. 
1) The flight itinerary must have a 6 digital reference number and applicant’s full name
2) The hotel confirmation must have a  confirmation number and applicant’s full name
3) The name on your passport must matches the name on flight and hotel confirmation

OR
# Invitation From China:  An invitation letter  and a  photocopy of inviter’s Chinese ID (Both sides, must be a Chinese ID, not a Chinese passport)

OR
# Invitation From China:  An invitation letter  and a photocopy of inviter’s Passport  And Chinese residence permit. (It is a sticker on the passport)

Under most circumstances, a photocopy, picture, fax, or scanned version of the invitation letter will suffice. However, it is possible that the Chinese Consulate may request the original copy or additional documents, or require the applicant to attend an interview.

6 For non-US passport applicant

9 Proof of consular jurisdiction address (choose one)
# Copy of both sides of U.S. driver’s license or state-issued ID

# Monthly utility bill (water, electricity, or gas)

# Monthly bank statement

# If the applicant is under 18 years old, provide the parent’s proof of address and the child’s birth certificate to prove the relationship with the parent

10 Download, complete, and sign the Chinese Visa Application Statement

# Can be completed on a computer or printed and filled out by hand

# After completion, must be signed with an actual pen (no electronic signature, signature cannot be a copy, must be an original signature)

# After completing and signing, take a photo or scan and upload to the visa application system

# Keep the original signed copy, it must be submitted to the consulate along with other documents

The required documents by the consulate may change at any time; The consulate may require specific documents from individual applicants; The consulate may require individual applicants to attend an interview at the consulate

Step 2

Complete the Chinese visa application form online and upload required documents

Before filling out the form, please remember the following key points. If you make a mistake, you may not be able to reapply for 7-30 days, or you may not be able to obtain a 10-year Chinese visa.

1) Please select the corresponding Chinese consulate based on the state shown on your proof of address (see document requirements in Step 1). If you are unsure which consulate to select, please contact us before choosing.
2) After completing the entire form, do not click the submit button on the final step unless we request you to do so.

# First, you need to register an account before you can begin filling out the form

# You only need to register one account to submit multiple visa applications under the same account, such as for your family members, friends, or colleagues.

# Since you need to share your username and password with us so we can access and review your forms. we recommend choosing a password that is different from your regularly used passwords.

# For sections unsure how to fill out, you can temporarily enter “ABC” or “123” as a placeholder, then correct all questions and send them to us for answers

# If photo upload repeatedly fails, you can upload any photo temporarily, and we will help you modify it during our review.

Reminder: Make sure to select the correct consulate, and do not click submit after completing the form, as this can cause many potential issues.

Step 3

Make payment and send your application materials to us for review

After payment, please send the following materials to our email: [email protected]
Your registered username and password;
All materials listed in Step 1.
Our visa specialist will review your materials and reply to your email within 6 to 48 hours on business days.

Step 4

Submit your application online and mail Omni Visa the documents

We will submit your application after reviewing your materials.

After submission, the consulate typically needs several business days to conduct a preliminary review of your online form and materials.

Meanwhile, we will send you a list of materials to be mailed (including your original passport and all materials listed in Step 1), along with the corresponding mailing address. Please mail the materials to us according to the list.

After we receive your mailed package and the consulate confirms the preliminary review has passed, we will submit your application at the consulate window.

Applications reviewed by us typically pass the preliminary review without requiring additional materials. If supplemental materials are needed, they are usually only required in electronic copy.
In rare cases, if we have any uncertainties about the application, we will advise clients to wait until the consulate’s preliminary review is passed before mailing the package to us.

Step 5

We will mail your original passport with the Chinese visa back to you

After receiving your materials, we will review and organize them again, then submit the formal application to the Chinese consulate.

If there are policy changes or the consulate requires additional documents for your application, we will contact you promptly.

Sometimes the consulate may email the applicant directly to discuss details. If you receive an email from the consulate, please contact us promptly.

After the visa is approved, we will retrieve it and mail it to you, and send you an email notification with the tracking number.
